内容简介： 《駱駝祥子》小說背景設置在 1927 年前後的舊北平，講述了來自鄉間的青年祥子進城拉洋車，夢想通過個人努力買車成為獨立勞動者。他經歷了買車被大兵搶走、攢錢被孫偵探敲詐、用虎妞的錢買車後虎妞難產去世等三起三落，最後小福子的自殺使他徹底墮落，從上進好強淪為自甘墮落的敗類。《月牙兒》以第一人稱自述的口吻，講述了 "我" 出生於城市貧民之家，生父死後，與母親掙扎求生。母親迫於生計淪為暗娼，"我" 努力反抗，但在經歷了繼父失蹤、求職無果、初戀背叛等一系列打擊後，也不得不步母親後塵，最終被抓到感化院，又被送進監獄。
