The Dark Sorcerer's Project Manager: A Humorous Urban Fantasy: The Dark Sorcerer's Intern, Book 3

Bryce and Zambrano must team up with friends, foes, and a demon duck to face an apocalyptic evil in the final installment of this energetic urban fantasy. The biggest downside to most assistant jobs is the endless coffee runs. But for Bryce Alexander, schlepping breakfast orders pales in comparison to landing on the hit list of a very powerful demon who's set on world domination. Despite their best efforts to defeat Demon King Rex—and their successful freeing of the sorcerer Liao Ling from his clutches—Bryce and his boss, the infamous Zambrano, failed to permanently end Rex's reign. Now they're racing against time to stop him from regaining his power and recruiting an army that would turn the entire human race into his diabolical plaything. And if that weren't enough, they require the help of someone neither Bryce nor Zambrano are keen to reunite with: Bryce's estranged mother, the sorceress Zuzanna. Teaming up with Seraphex and a crew of magical and nonmagical allies, Bryce, Zambrano, and Zuzanna must risk death, dismemberment, and awkward conversations to figure out how to get Rex off Earth for good . . . A fast-paced and fun take on bad bosses, family drama, and apocalyptic mayhem, The Dark Sorcerer's Project Manager is perfect for fans of Supernatural and Thunderbolts*.
