There are humorous insights (“Sometimes you’re the windshield, sometimes you’re the bug”) and practical methods (“Need to rid yourself of negative thoughts? Learn to face it, trace it, erase, and replace it”).

Plus, he shares twelve simple strategies that will enable you to turn your trials into triumphs, your problems into powerful possibilities, and your setbacks into stunning comebacks!
