Accessing a Greater Field of Universal Wisdom

Whether you believe intuition is our soul speaking to us, or that it’s coming to us from a greater field of universal wisdom and knowledge, intuition has been proven to assist us in the betterment of our lives and of the human condition. Colleen Mauro shares with us a technique of mind training that goes beyond just the quieting of the thoughts as experienced in mindfulness meditation. She says it is a very active type of meditation where we’re “actually using the mind to build a bridge of communication. . . that allows us to make contact from the physical to the spiritual.”
