First Light

Lucy never cared about Christmas. The holiday just never held any meaning for her.

But with a baby on the way, she wants to change that. She wants to find a meaning of her own to share with her offspring.

And yet, no meaning feels right to her. Nothing that other people think about Christmas rings true with her at all. And time is running out.

Then, on a perfectly ordinary commute home, she meets a man on the train. A man who just might have the answer she’s looking for.

“First Light,” a modern fantasy about what might be the oldest thing of all.
