Therefore, the company that wants to survive in the market must be competent in terms of quality. So, today quality is no longer a differentiator and has become a obligation, a basic condition to remain in the market. Quality should no longer be conceived as an isolated act or "specific department", but as a conception of thought and attitude to be practiced in all organizational processes. Quality is no longer just a question of technique, it is a question of principles that renew organizational thinking through individuals. It is important that executives, managers and leaders of organizations use quality techniques and tools to assist them in the tireless pursuit of excellence. Quality tools are techniques that can be used to define, measure, analyze and propose solutions to problems that are eventually encountered and interfere with the good performance of work processes.
