Raining Cats and Curses

When the storm of the century hits Gloamington, killer weather isn’t the only thing to worry about.

A renowned cryptozoologist arrives in town to study Gloamington’s magical creatures. Instead of discovering new species, he becomes the latest casualty when his body is found during the worst storm in decades. Malcolm Fawkes and Ella Bloom must navigate a web of suspects while battling hurricane-force winds. From rival researchers to protective locals, everyone had a reason to want the controversial scientist silenced forever.

The cryptozoologist had made dangerous enemies with his groundbreaking research. His latest discovery could have won him another prestigious award—or gotten him killed.

While Ella battles to control her mysterious powers and Malcolm desperately seeks the memory that could restore everything, Agent Cage from the Department of Defense circles like a vulture, ready to shut down the Gloaming forever. But as the storm intensifies and political pressure mounts, finding the truth becomes a race against time.

Can Ella and Malcolm discover what happened to the cryptozoologist and save Gloamington before winds, murder, and politics tear it apart?
