After a tie vote on the matter in the senate of the republics, the decision falls to one man: the Chancellor of H-Star, Catalind Carnusti. About the Author

Marc Stephan lives with his wife in Oklahoma with their gaggle of cats. Marc is a project manager in the payroll industry. He likes to swim, golf, and work on the yard. Marc has published one other book, an Agatha Christie-type murder-mystery set in Ancient Rome called The Parthian Dagger.
