Thomas Freeman is a freedom-loving research engineer, obsessed with quantum physics. Though a brilliant mind, his work threatens the profits of the power elite, banking oligarchy, and multinational corporations. When his research is suspended and he becomes entangled in a murder case, he gets a taste of Wall Street's glamorous but morally bankrupt world. There he confronts the truth: the entire financial system is a massive pyramid scheme, plundering ordinary people and entire nations. Using a formula, Thomas calculates the exact timing and scenario of the economic collapse, but when he tries to warn decision-makers, he realizes: no one wants to hear the truth. Maintaining the system is more important than people's future. The emerging new world order becomes increasingly unbearable for him, yet Thomas refuses to become part of this corruption. Holding onto his principles and love of freedom, he withdraws from society, demonstrating that there is another path. Meanwhile, his friend Akihiro—an eccentric mathematician obsessed with fractals known as "God's fingerprints"—discovers a formula that, when visualized on a computer, despite its simplicity, describes the universe, the material world, and perhaps the deeper meaning of our existence. Whether the threads converging by the novel's end bring the ultimate solution—only the reader will discover.
