Who Is The King?

I am everywhere during the day, I warm everyone, I have no legs or hands, but I walk thousands of kilometers on the surface of the earth. My warmth and light are needed to sustain all life on the planet. I can see everyone from where I live, and everyone can see me. I can get very close to people, but we cannot touch. Some even feel my warmth and presence, but cannot touch me. My radiance is very strong and it is everywhere. Who am I?
