Now that Meechie has shown her feelings to Chevy, she can't do anything but try to reroute where things are heading. With her still cooking up his dope, Chevy doesn't like the news of her visiting an ex. Meechie learns fast that having dealings with a street nigga can bring you more problems than a love you wish for. With a tension filled relationship, the two seem more divided than together. Meechie’s past seemed to keep butting into her life, but with new circumstances, she may have to take a loss. Just when she was making progress, everything is snatched away. Chevy realizes that losing Meechie is something he might have to deal with, and he stops at nothing to secure what they have left.

In the last installment, Tweet received news that would forever change her and her daughters' lives. While trying to push Boone out her life, she's hit with more shocking news. Having relationship problems with no relationship becomes stressful. With her best Friend Meechie not around like she wishes, Tweet has to push through harder than she ever has. Not just for her, but for the lives that depend on her.

Mizhani is taking the right steps to build her relationship up. They appear to be the only couple who has it together until Mizhani goes through a traumatic experience. Hollywood sticks through, but it seems to create a rough patch. She lets the problems bring them closer together but when Meechie has a series of events going on that affects everyone’s lives, Mizhani doesn't know how to deal. With her sister gone and the selfish choice she makes, she finally realizes how much she needs Meechie.

In this last installment, Meechie is preparing to serve time in a federal facility for a crime she claims she didn't commit. Jail is nothing new, but the fact that she's leaving her family behind haunts her. To top things off, she's pregnant. Chevy is going through the phases and makes promises that he can't uphold. With Meechie locked up, Chevy has free range to do him. While in jail Meechie has a shocking encounter with her past that will affect her stay. With her possibly having to give birth in jail, Meechie has some major decisions to make if she wants to ever be let back into society as a free woman.

Mizhani isn't the same and seems to be missing something. With everyone around her enjoying their new bundles of joy, Mizhani can't help but want to have the same experience. Hollywood seems too busy dealing with everything else around him to tend to Mizhani. Even still, they know neither one of them are leaving the relationship. Mizhani is Hollywood’s world, and he proves it to her. With them at ofds Hollywood still does the unexpected to show Mizhani that her love and loyalty are all he craves.

With growing twins, Tweet’s emotions are driving her up the wall. Although things aren’t ideal, Boone is still in the picture to cater to her needs. She tries to mend the broken relationship between Boone and his drug addict mother which proves to be easier said than done. During her pregnancy, she finds out some unwanted news that leaves Tweet wanting nothing to do with Boone. Even still, Boone stands his ground and fights for what his heart wants. Tweet. Boone’s only desire is to have her trust, but he can't seem to capture it. With family issues arising, the couple can't help the tension. All in all, with time, their issues smoothed out, giving them a new found love.
