This book is more of an exercise book for the original Adult Children of EI Parents book. A very practical guide to finding your true identity and learning to deal with your past and present. Recommend it to anyone who’s ready to spend a lot of time writing down their thoughts and doing all the emotional work. It’s not a quick guide to sorting out all your childhood traumas though. It also gives you tools on how to deal with your EI parents
