CHHUAN TATHA ANYA KAHANIAN

Vikesh Nijhawan is a well-known figure in the world of Hindi Literature. Besides dozens of his collections, Chhuan Tatha Anya Kahaniyan is his Tenth collection of Short Stories which got published in 2015, Later on, awarded in 2017 by Haryana State Sahitya Academy. Writing poems in many regional languages his forte of short stories recognised globally. Started his writing career way back 1970, appearing in regional or medium level magazines. In 1973 his story ‘Jaane Aur Laut Aane Ke Beech’ was published in Sarika, the most prestigious literary magazine of that era and he has never looked back since. Kamleshwar, who was the then editor of Sarika, published two more stories – ‘Na Chaahte Hue’ and ‘Ek Sirhi Ki Jageh’ in it.
