गुरुजींच्या चार आत्मचरित्रात्मक कादंबऱ्यांमधील चौथी कादंबरी. २४ डिसेंबर १८९९ ते ११ जून १९५० असे जेमतेम पन्नास वर्षांचे आयुष्य साने गुरुजींना मिळाले. त्यांच्या आयुष्यातील सुरुवातीचा २२ वर्षांचा कालखंड समजून घेण्यासाठी, त्यांनी स्वतःच लिहिलेली चार पुस्तके हाच काय तो मुख्य दस्तावेज. श्यामची आई, श्याम, धडपडणारा श्याम, श्यामचा जीवनविकास याच त्या चार आत्मचरित्रात्मक कादंबऱ्या. ‘श्यामची आई’ मध्ये गुरुजींनी आपल्या आईला केंद्रस्थानी ठेवून 12 वर्षांपर्यंतचे बालपण मांडले. ‘श्याम’ या पुस्तकात प्रामुख्याने वय वर्षे 12 ते 15 हा कालखंड येतो. ‘धडपडणारा श्याम’ मध्ये वय वर्षे 15 ते 18 हा कालखंड आला आहे. आणि 'श्यामचा जीवनविकास' या पुस्तकात मॅट्रिकचे वर्ष आणि महाविद्यालयीन शिक्षणाची तीन वर्ष हा वय वर्ष 19 ते 22 हा कालखंड आला आहे. पण हा कालखंड पूर्ण आणि विस्ताराने येत नाही. पुणे येथे शिक्षणासाठी गुरुजींनी सोसलेले कष्ट, मृदू, सोशिक आणि संकोची गुरुजींचे अनुभव, त्यांचे भावविश्व व विचारविश्व हे सर्व यामधे आले आहे. त्याचे हे ऑडीओ बुक.

Sane Guruji enfolded the first 20 years of his life in his four autobiography novels. Shyamcha Jeevan Vikas was the fourth novel. Shyamchi Aai, Shyam, and Dhadpadnara Shyam were the first three novels. These four novels are the only literature available that documents Sane Guruji's early life. 'Shyamchi Aai' revolves around his childhood stories associated with his mother up to the age of 12. 'Shyam’ traces Shyam's educational timeline i.e., between 12 to 15 years. 'Dhadpadnara Shyam’ includes an account of his life experiences from his teenage i.e. 15 to 18. Shyamcha Jeevan Vikas provides insights of his life from age 19 to 22. It includes the college years of his life. However, somewhere it lacks the complete info on this time frame. This audio book includes the educational struggle of guruji during his time in Aundh and Pune. It reflects guruji's enduring nature, his hesitant and shy behaviour. It also touches on his emotions and thoughtfulness
