Shona’s passion for breastfeeding saw her rise to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, a Mental Health Counsellor and Health Coach, she explains how the book came about, “Stress is the number one reason why breastfeeding doesn’t work out, and the number one solution for stress- is Meditation. So I created breastfeeding meditations, it just made sense to me.” These meditations are available to you with explanations on how and why to breastfeed, how and why parenting without being triggered by your past is important and how to rise every day, for the sake of your beautiful children.
