#1 Everyone, including you, has to deal with crazy every day. Crazy is irrational, and it refers to the inability of someone to see the world clearly, say or think things that make no sense, make decisions and take actions that aren’t in their best interest, or become impossible when you try to guide them back to reason.

#4 The Sanity Cycle is a six-step process that helps you deal with crazy people. It involves recognizing that the person you’re dealing with isn’t able to think rationally in the current situation, identifying the person’s modus operandi, realizing that the crazy behavior isn’t about you, talking with the person, and then guiding him to a saner way of thinking when he is calm.
