The hardest battles, the ones he hadn’t counted on, are right in his own home: an alcoholic, unfaithful wife and bringing himself to accept his son’s sexuality. He befriends Moses, a black ex-con.

Tommy finds himself under investigation by a racist, corrupt detective. who crosses a line and involves Tommy’s family. When the unthinkable happens, Tommy switches from prey to predator and partners with a one-eyed Korean martial arts expert and a black motorcycle gang to seek revenge.

Book III: The Candidate

Tommy is on the run—quietly living out his last days in the Florida Keys. He keeps a low profile until love finds him just as a hateful, divisive presidential candidate threatens to tear the country apart.
