Strategy Maps: Converting Intangible Assets into Tangible Outcomes

More than twenty years ago, Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton introduced the Balanced Scorecard, a revolutionary performance measurement system that allowed organizations to quantify intangible assets such as people, information, and customer relationships.
