This has allowed me to accumulate knowledge and develop great experience in this business sector. I have trained many managers and directors so that they can develop their skills and put skills into practice. I am a firm believer that training is the foundation of operational excellence. Without a good training program you cannot achieve the consistency that companies seek to be able to replicate the systems in the country where the brand was born, import to other territories and become global brands.
