War Eagle

Ruby Eagle, known to her close friends as Ruby Flare, was an international hero, a diminutive but fierce hummingbird of the Atlantean War Eagle Clan. Due to injury she was forced to retire leaving a power vacuum amongst the clans of Atlantis.
