#1 In our culture, extroversion is considered the norm. It is the club that everyone wants to be part of. But introverts are not inferior to extroverts, and vice versa. We are different personality types with different needs and motivations.

#3 The extrovert’s way is not for everyone. It’s a path that requires more stimulation to feel good than introversion, and it tends to talk and move at a faster pace. It wants to do it all and see it all, and it wants to say it all with as few rest stops as possible.

#4 The key to happiness is to surround yourself with people, but for introverts this is not enough. We need alone time as much as we need human contact. If we are forced to be around people all the time, we can experience feelings of depletion, sadness, and even depression.
