#1 Alex, an introvert, had set up his own videography studio. He didn’t have a knack for sales, and he hated social situations. His discomfort with social situations persisted through high school and college.

#2 It can be difficult for introverts to act like extroverts. We are inwardly focused, and extroverts are outwardly focused. We recharge our batteries from being alone, while extroverts recharge from people.

#3 Alex was losing clients because he was too busy trying to please everyone to give them what they needed. He was desperate, and his clients could smell it. He was also out of his comfort zone, having little experience.

#4 The introvert’s roadmap to success doesn’t look like that of an extrovert. We’re different and we should embrace that.
