In the 1980s, Dr. Hobbins linked soy consumption with rising breast cancer rates, noting processed foods' increased use of soy from the late 1970s coincided with breast cancer rates increasing from 1 in 11 in 1980 to 1 in 8 by 1992. Testosterone levels also dropped by 1% annually since 1980. Chemicals like Atrazine, BPA, and phthalates along with phytoestrogens (PE) such as those in the Impossible Burger—containing 18 million times more estrogen than a Whopper—have drastically increased estrogen levels.

Research indicates that a cup of soy has the estrogenic effect of one birth control pill, with flax being twenty times stronger. Despite health claims for plant-based diets, the integration of estrogenic substances like chasteberry and CBD has coincided with a significant drop in men's testosterone levels and sperm counts, predicting sperm could hit zero by 2045. This alarming trend includes symptoms of excess estrogen like PMS, early puberty, and increased transgender identification in girls, up 4,000%.

Doctors often dismiss these symptoms, opting for hormone therapies instead of addressing the root causes. Dr. Sellens’ book, "Phytoestrogens: The Pill No One Can Swallow," compiles extensive research into estrogen's impact, highlighting the critical need for a reassessment of dietary sources of estrogen and advocating for addressing these profound health implications.
