ABOUT THE ORIGINAL BOOK

"The Heart Goes Last" by Margaret Atwood is a dystopian novel that explores themes of control and manipulation in a society where economic instability leads to social control. The story centers on Charmaine and Stan, a couple who, in desperate circumstances, join the Consilience/Positron Project, which promises security and a "meaningful life".
