We all have preferences, opinions and feelings about certain things. Some people seem to express their feelings very easy. But if you are like me in the past, you tend to keep things for yourself.

You don´t want to hurt other one’s feelings.

And you certainly don´t want to have a strange opinion. Because others might laugh at you or think you are weird.

If you recognize this, then you might have a low level of self-confidence. This can affect your life and day-to-day behavior negatively.

But don´t worry, you are still young and there is plenty you can do about it.
