I’m not going to tell you to wish upon the universe and magically attract whatever you want, like a 20-year-old TikToker doing silly dances for a 50-year-old creep. No, I’ll make you think about things that have helped me a lot. I’ll teach you how to act in certain situations, how to face others, what attitude to take, how to find strength when there’s none left, how to leave your comfort zone, improve, and never quit. I’ll show you that the only limits are in your mind. You’ll discover the keys to success, make the necessary habit changes, and learn how to develop self-discipline.
And I know what you’re thinking:
What the hell can you teach me about personal development? • Well, read the book, and you’ll find out! I don’t care about you or your stupid motivational book! • Then look for another one. There are plenty! I doubt your damn personal development book will interest me. • Well, I’m sure it will! The information is useful to anyone—from businesspeople to athletes. But maybe I’m not interested in you reading my damn book. It’s helpful to everyone, but not everyone deserves it. What do you know about self-discipline? • A lot. I was taught strict discipline from a young age, no complaints, no excuses. The military, sports and life itself were responsible for reinforcing that. Alright, alright. And what about overcoming failures and adversity? • Oh, I’ve got plenty of experience with that.
