Balance

This audiobook is narrated by an AI Voice. Furious that Tara and the other magic users escaped, Heather has focused her revenge on those left behind at Camp Nowhere. The state of the camp has become more precarious. Heather and the townspeople post guards there day and night. They are watching and waiting for some reason to eliminate the camp. Their fate hanging in the balance, Dustin Jones must find a way to save everyone. In a desperate move, the camp people decide to flee. Only to be relentlessly pursued by Heather while the Seekers and Kartics race to bring them to safety.

Sabrina has a vision of Heather’s plans for the toxic gas created by the meteor plants infesting the planet. Now they know no one is safe. The Kartic leaders decide to send the magic users on separate quests to thwart Heather’s plans and to investigate the alien plant-producing brown toxic gas on the southern continent.

Glaren stumbles on a startling discovery that leads him to try to create a living anvil. They all convene on the southern continent where their search for answers takes them to a remote part of the continent. During their journey, they are confronted by an ancient evil thought to be extinct. Unprepared, the group flees for their lives, only to have the legacy of Dunborough end up in peril.
