When Elsie’s friends are accused of murdering a vineyard owner, she’s has to prove their innocence… even if it means uncorking more than a few secrets.

It’s easy to see why Wilson is framed for the murder. His mother was fired from the vineyard on bad terms, and everyone in town seems to think he was out for revenge. It doesn’t help that the murder weapon is found in his dragon Bessie’s saddlebag.

Elsie and her friends are determined to find the real killer, even if internships have just started at the Academy. Elsie is assigned to work in the castle and soon the Queen takes special interest in her… and her unusual magic powers.

The Queen seems to know all about Elsie’s family history, but she’s hiding something, a secret more closely guarded than the crown jewels.

Between finding the vineyard owner’s real killer and getting closer to the Queen, will Elsie find time to finally go on a real date with Colt Ridgeback? Or is her peaceful life in Mount Hellforge about to turn into a bunch of sour grapes?
