In this story Ray Bradbury takes a hard look at insanity and shines an unblinking light on every culture and age on earth. Why do we lable someone crazy or insane? Because they don't fit in. But is it the insane who must be kept locked away, or is it simply the insane culture they live in that needs to be changed to fit them? Far in the future, humans have the possibility of fitting the delusional emperor Nero to a world that hails him as a god instead of locking him away.
