Widow's Debt

During the 1920’s the widow of a con artist falls upon hard time and decides to use the only inheritance her husband left, a scam to skim money from the government and organized crime. To her surprise it works. Eight decades later the consequences of her little secret hit the street throwing every person with a stake in urban life in a whirlwind of a war with law enforcement and themselves.
