Through her health battle, fighting depression, and self-discovery, she learned that she didn’t have to fix everything for everyone and that she was worthy of love and happiness without having to burn herself out in the process. She learned to love herself for who she is, not just as a physician but as a mother, a wife, a sister, and a daughter.
