From the Heart of the Host या सिरीजमध्ये आज एक नवा विषय घेऊन आले आहे. पालक म्हणून आपण नक्की कसे आहोत ? आपल्या वागण्या बोलण्यातून आपण मुलांना ज्या प्रकारच्या reactions देतो त्या नेमक्या कुठून येतात ? आपल्या व्यक्तिमत्वाचा आपल्या मुलांच्या पुढे तयार होणाऱ्या व्यक्तिमत्वावर कसा परिणाम होतो ? याबद्दल आपण अनेकदा जागरुक नसतो. एक पालक म्हणून मुलांमध्ये आपली गुंतवणूक ही फक्त materialistic असून उपयोग नसतो ती मानसिक देखील असणं अपेक्षित आहे. मुलांना आपल्या सहवासात काय/कसं वाटतं? हे खूप महत्वाचं असतं. पालकत्व जाता जाता करण्याची गोष्ट नाही तर समजून उमजून करण्याची गोष्ट आहे आणि त्याच साठी मी एक पालक म्हणून कशी व्यक्ती आहे? याचा अभ्यास करून स्वतःवर काम करण्याची गरज आहे. त्यासाठी स्वतःचा #pattern ओळखायची गरज आहे .. म्हणजे काय ? त्याच पार्श्ववभूमीवर आजचा हा भाग घेऊन आलेय !! बघा आपण कशात बसतो आहे ? आणि पालक म्हणून आपल्याला कुठे पोहोचायचं आहे? चला तर सामील व्हा माझ्याबरोबर अजाण ते सुजाण पालकत्वाच्या प्रवासात !! पूर्ण एपिसोड नक्की बघा; आवडल्यास share करा आणि हो hype आणि thanks द्यायला अजिबात विसरु नका.

What Kind of a Parent you are ?!!

माझ्या या पॉडकास्टवर माझं स्वतः च असं काहीतरी sharing असावं असं आधीपासूनच मनात होतं.. तेच मूर्त स्वरूपात आणायचा प्रयत्न या पहिल्यावहील्या Solo Video Podcast द्वारे करतीये.. "From the heart of the Host" ही अगदी सुरुवातीच्या काळात चालू केलेली सिरीज #relaunch करतेय. सुरुवात माझ्या पॉडकास्टच्या नावाच्या आणि संकल्पनेमागच्या स्टोरीने करतेय... काय आहे माझी त्यामागची विचारसरणी ? या माध्यमातून नेमकं काय साध्य करायचं आहे मला ? आणि गेली ४ वर्ष एकही विषय रिपीट न करता ८० एपिसोड करण्यामागची प्रेरणा काय ? हे जाणून घ्यायचं असेल तर फक्त ८.५० मिनिटं द्या आणि पूर्ण एपिसोड बघा !!
