काम करायचं म्हंटलं की अडचणी येणारच - EP 01 - Ft : - SUHAS BAHULKAR

Amit Godse also know as The Bee Man, left his IT sector with big fat salary job to work for conservation of Honey bee. It was so socking for a middle class family that Amit hide this from his parents for 6 months. While his peers were traveling in Europe and US, amit was visiting homes and was himself removing the beehives, collecting the honey and relocating those bees somewhere else, the job which traditionally done by tribals.

With modern urban methods, honey bees are treated as pests and killed by spraying pesticides. Amit says when he removes the beehive without keeling the bees, he is saving around 1.5 lacs bees.

As a result of immense curiosity and enthusiasm, a 35-year-old lady appeared for her 12th standard exam for the second time in her life, thereafter she went on to study medicine, lived in the Philippines for two years, and came back as a doctor at the age of 42. This she did even though she had a diploma in computer application and a degree in Law. She did this despite the fact that she was doing well in her business, despite the fact that she had a kid, husband, and home to look after. No surprises in guessing that she must have faced huge social and bureaucratic hurdles and naysayers. She learned how to fly aircraft, appeared for exams, and got a license for flying. आजकाल रात्री आपण झोपतो सगळे इंस्टाग्राम रील्स बघून झाले की, गेम च्या सगळ्या लाईफ संपल्याकी, सोशल मीडिया वर फारसा बघायचं काही राहिलं नाही की. झोप आली किंव्हा अमुक एक वेळ झाली म्हणून आपलं झोपणं आता बंद झालं आहे का?

हे आपल्या बाबतीत किंव्हा आपल्या जवळच्या कोणाच्या बाबतीत होतं आहे का ?

आपण स्क्रीन च्या आहारी गेलो आहोत का? 

आपल्याला वाटतं त्या पेक्षा नक्कीच आपण त्याच्या आहारी गेलो आहोत.. 

जरी ह्यातून कुठल्याच वयाचे लोकं सुटले नाहीत तरी सगळ्यात जास्त परिणाम होतो आहे teenagers आणि कॉलेज स्टुडंट्स वर. 

गेम खेळणं, सोशल मीडिया वर चाट करणे, त्या साठी जागरण करणे, मग घरचे झोपले हे पाहून पॉर्न साईट explore करणे असे सगळे प्रकार घरो घरी होतोत. 

प्रत्येकाला असंच वाटतं की आपलं मुलं अजूनही निरागस आहे आणि अजून तो किंवा ती असं काही करत नसेल. 

आपण आपल्याला वाटतं तसं ते नसतं. ह्या सगळ्यातून पॉर्न addiction, गेमिंग च addiction, सोशल मीडिया वर भावनिक अवलंबन ह्या सगळ्या गोष्टी घडू शकतात आणि त्याचे वाईट परिणाम हे दूरगामी असू शकतात. 

नुकत्याच पुण्यात दोन दुर्दैवी घटना घडल्या त्यात 'सेक्सट्रोशन' हा नवीन प्रकार समोर आला, त्यात दोन seperate घटनांमध्ये १९-२० वर्षाच्या मुलांनी आत्महत्या कारे पर्यंत गोष्टी गेल्या. 

ह्या सगळ्याचे किती वाईट परिणाम होऊ शकतात. ते होऊ नये ह्या साठी काय उपाय करायला हवे ? पालकांनी कसा आपल्या मुलांशी संवाद साधावा अश्या अनेक

भाग -४५ प्रिया बोडके नवीन पिढीतली शेतकरी 

खाणारे तोंड वाढतात आहे त्या बरोबर पिकवणारे हात पण वाढायला हवे 

शेतकरी म्हंटलं की माझ्या सारख्या शहरी माणसासमोर दोन परस्परविरोधी चित्र उभे राहतात. 

एक म्हणजे शेतकरी आत्महत्या आणि दुसरं म्हणजे शहरालगतच्या आपल्या जागा विकून मोठाल्या गाड्यांतून फिरणारे माणसं. 

शेतकऱ्याला कधी व्यवहार कळलाच नाही, उत्पादन खर्च किती ? आणि त्या नुसार विक्री किमंत किती हे बघण्यापेक्षा दलाल जो भाव देईल तो घ्यायचा आणि मग फायदा - नुकसान काहीही न कळता नुसती मजुरी करायची आणि मग त्यातून नैराश्य येऊन शेती विकायची किंव्हा आत्महत्या करे पर्यंत जावं हेच २०२२ मध्ये पण चालू आहे. 

हे सगळं असं असल्यामुळे पुढची पिढी ४-५ हजाराची नौकरी करणार पण शेती करणार नाही. 

पण एक अल्पभूधारक शेतकरी, अगदी छान काम करून, शहरी मध्यमवर्गीयांसारखं सन्मानजनक आयुष्य जगू शकतो, हे ज्ञानेश्वर बोडके ह्यांनी त्यांच्या अभिनव फार्मर्स क्लब ह्याच्या माध्यमातून करून दाखवलं आहे.

मधुराज रेसिपी हे नाव youtube वर असण्याऱ्या मराठी माणसांनी ऐकलं नाही ह्याची शक्यता फारच कमी आहे, त्यांच्या यशा मागची गोष्ट पण अनेकांनी ऐकली असेल. आज मधुराजींशी झालेल्या ह्या गप्पान मध्ये एक खूप महत्वाची गोष्ट शिकायला मिळाली, त्या म्हणतात, स्वप्न बघा, ते पूर्ण करायला मनापासून प्रयत्न करा, पण फ्लेक्सिबल राहा, रिजिड नको असायला. कधी detour घायची गरज पडली तर तो घ्या. कन्टेन्ट च्या बाबतीत पण फ्लेक्सिबल असायला हवं . उदाहरण म्हणजे, त्यांचं vision आहे पारंपरिक मराठी पदार्थ जगासमोर आणायचे, पण प्रत्येक वेळेस प्रेक्षकांना ते बघायला आवडतील असं नाही, सो कधी मराठी, कधी ज्याला डिमांड आहे अशे पदार्थ त्या टाकून balance maintain करतात.
