The basic principles of Raja Yoga can been used to give the listener an experience of different qualities of the spiritual self.

This series of five meditation commentaries cover the themes of peace, serenity, Supreme Love, light and immortality.

These will facilitate the understand and acceptance of the self, and strength the relationship with the Supreme Being.

The Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University is an international organisation working at all levels of society for positive change.

Established in 1937 it now carries out a wide range of educational programmes for the development of human and spiritual values throughout its 4000 branches in over 86 countries.
