Book Preview:

#1 The Map of Consciousness is a tool that helps you understand the relationships between body, mind, and spirit. It was developed out of a composite of decades of research in a variety of fields. It documents the first time that these energy fields have ever been calibrated.

#2 The energy fields of Shame, Guilt, and Apathy are located at the bottom of the Map. The emotions associated with these levels are self-hatred and depression, and the view of the world associated with these levels is that of sin and suffering.

#3 The next energy field is Fear, which is also negative, but it calibrates at 100. It is the shrinkingness and fear of the future, yet it has a lot of energy. If we know what to be afraid of, the energy of fear can be beneficial as caution.

#4 Anger, which calibrates at 150, is a very powerful emotion. It can be used to pursue something better for oneself, and it can lead to progress. Pride, which calibrates at 175, is a much more powerful emotion than the levels below it. However, it has a negative direction.
