#1 Crystals are just stones, right. While it’s true that crystals are stones, each has a unique structure that imparts its own energetic properties. Healers, holy people, and shamans have known about these properties for millennia.

#2 All objects in the universe vibrate, although this vibration is typically undetectable by our five senses. Science has shown that the vibration exists and that each object has its own unique vibrational signature.

#3 Energy, which is a constant force in the universe, was not articulated until the late nineteenth century. It was believed that everyone possessed a life force called prana in ancient India, and that the body had five humors in ancient Greek medicine.

#4 Crystals are solid objects with atoms organized in a repeating pattern known as a crystal lattice. There are seven distinct lattice patterns that can be found in crystals. If it doesn’t have one of these lattices, a stone is not a crystal.
