An amazing book illustrating 9/11 through the eyes of a child. This masterpiece is oftentimes forgotten when speaking about neurodivergent children and their world perception, however I do believe it explores loss at a young age with neurodivergence thoroughly and fully.

An incredibly gripping story, a definite must-read. Safran Foer combines history and the present, pain and comfort, loneliness and love with the humor that comes with a story narrated by an extremely intelligent boy with a mission.
