Follet grabs you from the first paragraph. He is a master story teller. This trilogy was very educational for me. Filled out all the gaps where I’d forgotten my modern history. I was absolutely enthralled. The human suffering was at times hard to listen to and knowing it was all true made it all the worse. The love and loyalty was balm to listen to. There were as always in Follet books, quite a few lol moments too. Brilliant! Read it or miss out.

Jeg liker veldig godt Ken Follets historiske drama.
