Gallops 2

This vintage book contains David Grey's 1903 novel, "Gallops 2". A sequel to "Gallops", it is an entertaining and witty story of a rural community centred around the traditional English sport of horse racing. A delightful glimpse into nineteenth-century England, "Gallops 2" is highly recommended for lovers of horses and those with an interest in the history of English horse racing. Many vintage books such as this are increasingly scarce and expensive. We are republishing this volume now in an affordable, high-quality edition complete with a specially commissioned new introduction on horse racing.
