The world of mankind is changing. Terminology is changing, adapting, evolving and being created. Nothing in society is changing more than gender terminology and almost nothing is causing more division.

It is changing what previous generations deemed to be unacceptable. Indeed much of what is now accepted and even promoted would have once placed millions in prison and worse. It was not so long ago that one of the world's greatest minds, Alan Turin, was chemically castrated for being gay. The man helped us to rid the world of the Nazi scourge and yet he ended his life in misery because of a society that saw him as disgusting.

Generations argue with each other today over the same issues and more. Today we argue about whether somebody who claims to feel to be a member of the opposite sex should be allowed in their toilets and changing rooms. The right wing traditionalists are aghast at the very idea. And yet today's youth seem to accept it easily. The difference is upbringing and influence. There is now a bewildering array of titles, names and designations to understand. From LGBTQ, gay, homosexual, transsexual, transgender and gender fluid to MtF, FtM, pangender, agender and tranvestism. There is little wonder that the previous generation is having difficulty understanding just what is happening, especially when we consider that even those within these categories argue about definitions.
