#1 The hotel the Campbell sisters stayed at was a Mina sort of place. It was Victorian-brothel-meets-20s-speakeasy, and it had a cosy bar with a warm, cocoon-like welcome. Hannah enjoyed the attention from the staff.

#2 Hannah was in the middle of a sabbatical when she decided to come to Ireland and take cooking classes. She had never been out of the work force, and she was well paid, but she was still ashamed that she couldn’t cook.

#3 She had a mild obsession with the Killorgally cookery school, which was not far from her best friends Aidan and Sorcha Fitzpatrick. She had always tried to compensate for Mina’s more impulsive personality by being the opposite to her sister.

#4 She was having the most delicious dream when she was disturbed by a man sitting next to her. She quickly moved seats, and the man sat next to her, nose to nose.
