Daisy Carter knows she's not anyone special. She might be brave and resourceful. She might possess a touch more magic than your average low elf. But, when it comes down to it, she's just another delivery driver trying to make a living. Daisy is determined to succeed, even if only to show Hugo that he's not as good as he thinks he is. But treasure hunting is more difficult and more dangerous than she'd expected. And Hugo is more annoying, more skilled—and, damn him, more alluring as well.
