Widow's Debt

During the 1920’s the widow of a con artist falls upon hard time and decides to use the only inheritance her husband left, a scam to skim money from the government and organized crime. To her surprise it works. Eight decades later the consequences of her little secret hit the street throwing every person with a stake in urban life in a whirlwind of a war with law enforcement and themselves. At the same time Jasmine Malone, a ten year retiree, from organized crime rest and Relaxation comes to a screeching holt when Roshel, her sister, shows up with bad news. Candy Dulce the would be murderer of her child and husband is alive and well in New York, and wreaking havoc on the organized crime empire she left behind. Simple plans for revenge go haywire when the widow’s debt. The F.B.I., local police, and assorted heads of crime families all want her dead, but not before she points them in the direction of their money. Her children have been kidnapped, her trusted companions are selling off her secrets to the highest bidder, and she is falling in love with the only person who holds the key to her survival or demise--her ex-husband.
