WINNING MINDSET

Neil Alcomendras came from humble beginnings, growing up in the province of Cebu, Philippines. As a young man, he struggled with doubt, searching for meaning and purpose in his life.

At age 17, in the midst of a teenage crisis, a college friend shared the gospel of Jesus Christ with him. Later, he was invited to a Bible study and began reading the Word of God.

That shifted his mindset. As he immersed himself in the Word of God, his doubts were replaced by belief. His losing mindset was slowly transformed into a Winning Mindset. More than anything else, God rescued him from darkness to light—from death to life, and from hopelessness to victory in Christ.

Now, he hopes to inspire others to break free and find the true freedom in Christ that leads to a Winning Mindset. That same mindset helped him venture into the unknown: from medical to financial, from $15/hour to becoming a millionaire, and from zero to becoming a leader of thousands and a Field CEO.

In everything he does, he aims to honor God, rooted in the biblical principle found in Colossians 3:23: “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.”
