Honey Dragon

Kate Summer's past is a mystery to her. All she knows is that her mother abandoned her as a baby, her father is never mentioned, and she's been raised by her uncle, Professor Samuel Wood. They look nothing alike, but that doesn't stop them from being family.

Samuel calls his niece 'Honey Dragon' for the hummingbird she resembles - small and fragile, but bright and brave like a dragon.

It's a different matter at school, where she's bullied by students who don't believe Kate is related to the famous Night Valley professor. Luckily, she has her best friend Sebastian for company, and her incredible talent as an artist.

However, a chance encounter with a woman who looks just like her set Kate on a new course. When Kate begins to ask questions about her past - which Samuel refuses to answer - her relationship with him begins to suffer.
