Ryan Starnowsky is a Pennsylvania hunter who has recently been putting more focus on hunting public land and mountain buck in Pennsylvania. He recently harvested a public land buck in early November, that you'll hear all about! Ryan even says that it may not be his biggest, but it's the most meaningful one to date.
