Diddy's longtime employee took the stand with her version of a story previously relayed by Cassie Ventura and Kid Cudi. She says she was kidnapped from her home by a gun-toting Combs, who told her they were going to kill Kid Cudi, and she watched as Combs "gained access" to the pop star's house. Plus, she says, years before that she was subjected to five days of lie detector tests conducted by a man who said, "If you fail these tests, they're going to throw you in the East River." But the defense showed Clark proof she asked for Combs's forgiveness -- and another job. Combs's team denies all her allegations and disputes even use of the words "kidnapping" or "break in."

The Woman with No Name

Josh Mankiewicz and Keith Morrison sit down to talk about Keith’s episode, “The Woman with No Name”. In 2006, two men out target shooting discovered the body of a woman in the woods of Kilgore, Texas. She had been murdered and her body had been set on fire. She had no ID and, despite their efforts, investigators were unable to identify her. The case caught the eye of internet sleuths drawn to the unidentified woman in the lavender shirt who still had some of her baby teeth. She became known as “Lavender Doe”. Members of an organization called the “DNA Doe Project” took up the cause and offered their help. Using genetic genealogy, they worked tirelessly to track down Lavender Doe’s family and give her back her name – Dana Lynn Dodd. Josh and Keith discuss the dedicated work of the DNA Doe Project and chat about the impact their fathers have had on their lives. Also, Dateline digital producer Veronica Mazaika shares details on some unsolved Doe cases Dateline has covered in our Cold Case Spotlight series. Plus, she asks Josh and Keith a question from a social media follower.

The Man of Many Faces

Andrea Canning and Dateline producer Lynn Keller go behind the scenes of their latest episode, “The Man of Many Faces." In 2020, American fugitive Nicholas Rossi tried to evade law enforcement and a slew of criminal charges by faking his own death, fleeing the country, and taking on a new persona. Andrea and Lynn talk about their determination to track him down and what it was like interviewing him. They discuss meeting one of Nick’s accusers and share their reaction to Rossi’s latest explanation for his changing identities. Plus, Andrea shares a clip from her interview with a Glasgow pub owner who thought it was strange the man claiming to be an Irish orphan didn’t know of a famous British dish. Later, they’ll answer your questions from social media.

Combs's defense team objected to prosecution questions about fingerprint evidence from Kid Cudi's Hollywood Hills home that was destroyed in the custody of the LAPD. "They were suggesting to this jury that someone in this courtroom had something to do with the improper and suspicious destruction of these fingerprint cards and that's outrageous," said defense attorney Marc Agnifilo. But the judge refused to call a mistrial.
