Welcome home! On this MiniPod hosts Andrew Gillum, Tiffany Cross, and Angela Rye take us to Tulsa, Oklahoma. On Tuesday, lawyers for the two remaining survivors of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre appealed to the state’s Supreme Court to allow a reparations case to move forward. The two survivors, Mother Randle and Mother Fletscher, would like their day in court, and a chance to seek justice for the horrific crimes committed against them and their community– with involvement from Tulsa authorities, by the way.
