What a read!It's not one where everything about the main character and their past and tasks are laid out. Nope, it's one where you discover who, what, and where as they learn themselves.Great world and character building by the author. I find HEA strong, funny, sassy, and full of pain for what's happened. I laughed and nearly cried at points, and this is one of those books. I wish the 2nd book was out so I could keep going. Steamy moments, without actual 👉🏿👌🏿 throughout. I found myself not wanting this to be one of those books where they jump into bed and in love straight away. It's not one of those they hates each other and fights against it because of a past issue. Nope, it's two people with a strong attraction who together need to get through something, and while they do this, they navigate their relationship and who they are and want to be.4.7 stars
