Gigi, soon bored of their antics and unconvinced of their instruction, rebels. But little does Gigi know, her knowledge of love is only just beginning… At once charming and thoroughly entertaining, Gigi remains one of Colette's most-loved works to this day. Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette (1873 – 1954), known as 'Colette', was a French author, journalist and actress. Famed for her vivid writing style, her literary works often explored desire, relationships and the natural world through a feminine lens. In 1948, she was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature.
